In fact, this is the sum total of 4 pumpkins.
You know, the crazy thing is that I was worried about storing "all" that pumpkin flour & wondering what it's shelf life would be.Anyone wanna place bets on whether or not we get more than a single cup of pumpkin flour out of this?
Whew--where will we put all of it..........

My guess is that you won't get an enitre cup of pumpkin flour, but I admire you for sticking to it. :-)
Guess we should have known it wouldn't be too much flour because look at the amount of peppers it took to fill the jar, lol. I think you are better off with the other experiments, more bang for the pumpkin, hehe. :)
