ELEVEN zucchini--and not small ones either. The zucchini have been setting for just over a week now, and I'm already behind. But I will admit that having a
plague bumper crop of zucchini does make one willing to experiment wildly. This week:
8 half-pint jars of zucchini barbecue relish. Next week..................?
