Today I received one of those survey things in the mail. They want to know about my grocery shopping habits over the last 12 months........
So, do you think I should tell them? "Why no, I didn't buy a single one of your products because they all contain ingredients that I can neither recognize nor pronounce....."

The dreadful thing is that even if you did send such a comment in, it probably would not be read. The surveys I have seen always have a series of answers to choose from and rather specific questions.
It would be so useful to the client surely if the people answering could at least be honest about why they like/do not like the products under discussion.
Such answers are not easily put into a database.
Do you think anyone actually reads the resulting databases?
