Today's Lesson Learned.......

Just because tripling a recipe by tripling the amounts of all ingredients works mathematically, that doesn't mean it's actually going to work in the kitchen...............

Jam, I bet. I don't know why, but jams and jellies are notorious for not liking recipe sizes to be increased...
