Hostile Aggressive Parenting is abusive behavior--both toward the other parent and the child. It isn't in your head, it isn't going to get better, and as we learned, the family court system will do nothing to help. However, the above website has some suggestions for getting help and how to bring awareness to the problem. If you or someone you know is dealing with Hostile Aggressive Parenting, I think it's a good site to send to them and to anyone in their family.
