Wait....What's That Scrambling Noise?

It would be the Republicans trying to figure out a way to make this:

which is simply a screen shot of a 5-year average of the Dow Jones Industrial Average, both a Bad Thing and Something to Blame on Obama.  It has taken 3 years, but the market has finally regained most of what it lost during Georgie Junior's last year in office.
