making a list. Of course, I'm so excited about the idea of having a garden again that everything sounds good right now AND I'm even more dangerous after the success of the pickled pumpkin from last year. I have added zucchini marmalade and tomato jam to the list, which will probably make people question my brunches if not my sanity. I haven't figured out what to do with all the chutney from last year, but I want to make several new versions. I was even slightly tempted by a few ketchup recipes in spite of the fact that neither Andy or I use ketchup on anything. Everything just sounds so wonderful....
This year the canning intervention might have to be before the canning ever starts....
