I Really, Really, REALLY Hate To Admit This, But......

Eating this way makes a HUGE difference.

There. I've admitted it. This silly experiment of mine is actually really good for us. Andy, having had the sense to weigh himself when this started, has even lost 10 pounds this year. I don't have low blood sugar problems any more. When we have forbidden foods as "cheats," my stomach hurts afterwards. We sleep better. We have more energy. Dang it! This really is good for us. The big question is, can this be a permanent lifestyle in today's world?

It would be difficult to be fully consistent with this type of lifestyle. Only because it would mean having to educate your family and friends to eat the same way when you visit them. Its definitely worth trying.

I eat like "this" 80-90% of the time. After a while, shopping the fringes of the grocery store (where all the REAL food is) becomes second nature. It takes more time, but the trade off is feeling better, as you now know!
