Our Garlic is Camping
So, the directions that came with the garlic said to not water them for two weeks before harvesting. I think it's getting too hot--and the stalks are mostly lying down on the ground, but I harvested the flattest ones--which are now "curing" in our garage for 3-4 weeks
and with the help of my trusty sidekicks:
