I would not want to be your stomach Saturday - its going to do major flip flops at all that candy! Enjoy very second of it and early welcome back to the world of bad food!
I second that! Make sure you have some pepto on hand when you take the PLUNGE. Do you think you'll totally go back to eating processed foods or do you think your healthy habits will stick?
I third it! I have a cautionary tale. One of my friends was recently converted to a raw food diet (by his wife, who has eaten that way a long time, and has amazing recipes, if you have the time to make them). His blood pressure and such all got better. BUT, last week he apparently broke his regime by eating a LOT of rum balls. The aftermath was NOT pretty, according to the wife, most sanctimoniously, ha ha.
So, be gentle. At the same time, you sure deserve a treat after the last year!
